1.Material selection of terminal blocks
The copper of the terminal material (copper parts) is mainly brass and bronze (the hardness of brass is slightly lower than that of bronze), in which brass occupies a larger proportion.

In addition, different coatings can be selected according to different requirements.

2. Selection of insulating sheath 

Sheath material (plastic parts) commonly used materials are mainly PA6, PA66, ABS, PBT, pp and so on.

According to the actual situation in the plastic can be added flame retardant or reinforcing materials to achieve the purpose of enhancing or flame retardant, such as the addition of glass fiber reinforced.

3. Selection of wire harness wires

Depending on the environment used, select the appropriate wire material.

4. Selection of dressing materials 

Wire harness dressing up to wear, flame retardant, anti-corrosion, prevent interference, reduce noise, beautify the appearance of the role, generally according to the work environment and space size to select the dressing material.

In the dressing material selection usually has tape, corrugated pipe, PVC pipe and so on.
